Keychain cannot be found message after upgrade install

If you’ve recently upgraded to Flash Player ver­sion 10, you may be see­ing some­thing sim­i­lar to this: Key­chain “name” can­not be found to store “sam­pleitem“ Your key­chain may have been renamed, deleted, or it’s on a unmounted vol­ume.
